Situated on the Seafront, opposite Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, the Amsterdam Hotel, Brighton offers award-winning accommodation and free Wi-Fi.

The Hotel has a selection of large, recently decorated rooms to suitbudgets.rooms have an en-suite walk-in shower room, a flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have stunning views over Brightons famous pier, the beach, and the seafront.

In our Centre Stage Bar you can enjoy Cabaret and other shows most of the week and especially on weekends along with a wide range of beers, wines & spirits. Enjoy live shows and performances amongst the hustle and bustle of the busy Brighton nightlife.

Light and airy, the stylish and contemporary bar has been completely refurbished in 2024. Looking out to sea, the bar has a large outdoor terrace, a big-screen music video system and free Wi-Fi.
The hotel is a 2-minute walk to an array of Restaurants and Bars. The Brighton Conference Centre is a 10-minute walk away. A resident street parking voucher can be purchased on check-in for the Zone C residence parking area.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:30 and ends at 11:00.

The hotel has no facilities for the storage of bicycles overnight.

If guests are due to arrive later than the advertised check-in times, they must contact the hotel in advance.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 8 per day.

The hotel is located on the corner of Marine Parade and Broad Street and the hotel entrance is situated in Broad Street (BN2 1TJ), close to the junction with Marine Parade.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards up to the value of the first nights stay.

The hotel is doing some refurbishment of the hotel bulding so they have some scaffoldings on the bulding form 24102023 to 24032024, rooms are not effected by this. Customer will see the scaffoldings through the window.

Penthouse Suite. This luxury suite features stunning panoramic views over Brighton’s seafront. The suite has a tastefully decorated living room with a day bed, a modern executive bathroom, and a separate bedroom with a super king-size four-poster canopied bed. The suite has leather furniture and large LCD flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and the living room. ;
Boutique Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. A large room with sea views and a private terrace on the first floor of the hotel overlooking Brightons beach and Palace Pier. The room has an en-suite walk-in shower room, LCD flat-screen TV, CD player and teacoffee making facilities. ;
Double Room with Sea View. Each of these large rooms looks out over Brightons beach and seafront. The rooms have large double beds and en suite walk-in shower rooms. ;
Double Room. Some of these rooms have views from the side of the hotel and some have views from the back of the hotel. Each room has a large double bed and an en suite walk-in shower room. ;
Twin Room. Each of these rooms has 2 twin single beds and an en suite bathroom. The room has an en-suite walk-in shower room, flat-screen TV and teacoffee making facilities. ;
Single Room. This room has a rear view of the building. The room has an en-suite walk-in shower room, flat-screen TV and teacoffee making facilities. ;
Basement Double Room Suite. This spacious double room is situated at lower ground level in the basement of the hotel with the added advantage of windows for natural light, access via steps and a lift. The room has an en suite with shower and toiletries, complimentary WiFi, teacoffee making facilities, LED TV, iron and ironing table and a hair dryer. Due to overhead noise, complimentary ear plugs are provided, however this room is not recommended for light sleepers due to its position below the bar. Normal bar opening hours are Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 until 00:00 (midnight) and on weekends from 12:00 until 01:00 or 02:00. ;
Basement Large Double Room. Large sized double room with 4 ft 6 high quality mattresses. The room does not have a window but has the benefit of full air-conditioning, and private external shower room. Complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi, teacoffee making facilities, LED TV, iron and ironing table, hair dryer, and a dining table are featured. The rooms are priced lower due to their location which could result in overhead noise. Complimentary ear plugs are provided, however we would not recommend these rooms for light sleepers due to its position, below the bar. NB: Normal Bar opening time Sunday to Thursday 12pm – 12am weekend 12pm till 1am – 2am.
