A deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of booking and 70% will be charged at least 35 days prior to the arrival date. The address and full postcode that is registered to the card being used will need to be applied to the booking form.
Once guests have chosen the apartment and the booking is made, guests will be sent defined directions and clear instructions by email within 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to bring these details with you may prevent access to the apartment.

York Place is situated in one of the most desirable locations in Harrogate, York Place HG 11HL – overlooking the famous Harrogate South Stray Park and yet only a 3-minute stroll to the centre of Harrogate. This amazingly designed and fully equipped ground floor apartment has been renovated and settled in a beautiful and traditional Georgian building with high ceilings. This spacious apartment offers lounge, kitchen, 2 king bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite. The larger of the two bedrooms has French doors which lead onto a decking area with rattan table and chairs for guests to relax or dine outside in style. ;

This luxurious ground-floor apartment has 2 private on-site parking spaces and ison a private residential road, Belford Road, HG1 1JA, one minute walk to the very centre. It has 1 superking bedroom and 1 king bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a private garden with furniture for summer dining. Free WiFi is included. ;
Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartment - Rooftops. Rooftops is a second floor spacious apartment with parking for one car and in the center of Harrogate, HG1 1JA. This apartment is positioned 200 yards from Princes Square. The folding windows in the lounge open the full span of the apartment. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances and an integrated dining area. The two bedrooms are spacious with a grey carpet throughout. The bathroom offers a bath with a rainfall shower.
