The well appointed shower room has underfloor heating. The stunning terrace, with gas BBQ offers west-facing views over Plymouth Sound and the Cornish coast. Just the place for a chilled glass of bubbly in the evening, or a barbecue in the sunshine. Apartments can only accommodate children over 5 years old. The Apartment is on the top floor of the building and is accessed via a series of steep steps so is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.
